Professional Development Workshops

I designed lesson plans and facilitated a series of 6 virtual workshops for 35 undergraduate interns in the Maryland Public Service Scholars summer internship program. My approach to these workshops was interactive and collaborative, allowing space for participants to synthesize information, contribute to discussions, and gain hands-on practice. Topics of workshops included:

• Behavioral interviewing techniques

• Networking tips and practice

• Imposter syndrome

• Reflection on public service placements

• LinkedIn profiles

• Resume writing
